Color 3-CCD Camera delivers 120 frames/sec.

JAI, Inc.    San Jose, CA 95134
Feb 26, 2013 Equipped with advanced prism-block technology supporting three 1/3 in. CCDs, 0.3 megapixel AT-030MCL provides full 36-bit RGB color output, enabling high-speed machine vision sorting or inspection where detection of subtle color variations is required. Three ICX424AL CCD sensors deliver 659 x 494  pixels of resolution per channel with individual pixel size of 7.4 x 7.4 microns. With Dual Camera Link interface, progressive area scan camera lets user choose between 8, 10, or 12-bit output/channel.
Monochrome Camera utilizes dual CCDs.

Monochrome Camera utilizes dual CCDs.

JAI, Inc.    San Jose, CA 95134
Sep 07, 2012 Combining different exposures from dual ICX447 CCDs in real-time, Model AD-131GE generates high dynamic range images with total resolution of 1.3 megapixels (1296 x 966). Precisely aligned 1/3 in. CCDs are mounted to beam-splitter prism, enabling camera to provide identical field of view to each CCD at full resolution speed of 31 fps. GigE Vision output is provided via 2 configurable RJ-45 ports, offering choice of single-cable or dual-cable operation. Monochrome output can be 8, 10, or 12-bit.

Dual-CCD Camera provides HDR color video at 1.3 MP resolution.

JAI, Inc.    San Jose, CA 95134
Aug 13, 2012 In linear fashion, AD-132GE produces high dynamic range (HDR) color images up to 20 bits per pixel (~120 dB) by intelligently combining different exposures from dual sensors in real-time. Precisely aligned 1/3 in. Sony ICX447 CCDs are mounted to beam-splitter prism, enabling camera to provide identical field of view to each CCD at full resolution speed of 31 fps. Output is via GigE Vision digital interface, and shutter speed/gain for each CCD can be calibrated independently.

Multi-Spectral Inspection Camera provides 1.3 MP resolution.

JAI, Inc.    San Jose, CA 95134
May 01, 2012 Incorporating two 1/3" in. Sony ICX447 CCDs and dichroic prism, Model AD-130GE provides simultaneous capture of both color and NIR digital video on single optical path for multi-spectral inspection and analysis. Unit features multiple shutter modes, configurable GPIO module, and 2 GigE interfaces on back. Color output is available in 8, 10, or 12-bit raw Bayer form for host-based interpolation, or as 24-bit or 30-bit RGB. NIR output is user selectable 8, 10, or 12-bit monochrome images.

CCD 2-Megapixel Cameras integrate GigE Vision interface.

JAI, Inc.    San Jose, CA 95134
Feb 16, 2012 Monochrome AM-201GE and color AB-201GE provide 1920 x 1080 resolution at 38.3 fps for 8-bit monochrome or raw Bayer color output. For those desiring 4:3 aspect ratio, monochrome AM-200GE and color AB-200GE provide 1600 x 1200 resolution at 40.6 fps for 8-bit monochrome or raw Bayer color output. Models AB-201GE and AB-200GE can also perform in-camera color interpolation to provide YUV 4:2:2 packed color output at 26.6 and 28.8 fps or 24-bit RGB output at 17.7 and 19.2 fps, respectively.

Two-Megapixel HD CCD Cameras run at 64 frames per second.

JAI, Inc.    San Jose, CA 95134
Sep 01, 2011 Featuring full HDTV resolution (1920 x 1080p) at 64 fps, monochrome AM-201CL and color AB-201CL leverage quad-tap architecture without compromising image quality due to automatic channel balancing algorithm that continuously adjusts gain and offset. User-configurable AOI scanning (partial scanning), multiple binning modes (AM-201CL only), and various acquisition modes are complimented by image pre-processing features as well as precise sensor alignment and Camera Link interface.

Color Line Scan Camera utilizes 3 CMOS sensors.

JAI, Inc.    San Jose, CA 95134
Aug 29, 2011 Featuring light beam splitter prism and three 2,048-pixel, custom-designed CMOS sensors, Model LT-200CL captures red, green, and blue spectral bands in 3 separate channels simultaneously through same optical path. Unit runs at scan rates up to 30,383 lines/sec via 80 MHz data clock. Using sub-sampling or windowing readout modes, camera can run at scan rates up to 60,766 lines/sec at 1,024 pixel resolution. Camera Link interface provides 24-bit or 30-bit outputs.

Industrial CCD Cameras are offered in two 8-megapixel models.

JAI, Inc.    San Jose, CA 95134
May 05, 2011 Model AM-800CL monochrome camera features multiple binning modes, while AB-800CL color camera performs internal color interpolation, producing 24-bit RGB output at 8.5 fps. Both rugged cameras have KAI-08050 quad-tap sensor that provides 3,296 x 2,472 resolution at 17 fps, and Camera Link digital interface that supports 8-, 10-, or 12-bit output. Image acquisition modes include continuous, single-frame, and multi-frame capture, and cameras can be ordered with C- or F- lens mounts.

CCD Color Cameras incorporate GigE Vision serial interfaces.

JAI, Inc.    San Jose, CA 95134
Feb 16, 2011 Operating at 20 fps with full resolution, AT-140GE features three ½ in. progressive scan CCDs. Each has 1,392 x 1,040 resolution and individual pixel size of 4.65 x 4.65 microns. Operating at 15 fps with full resolution, AT-200GE uses three 1/1.8 in. progressive scan CCDs to provide 1,628 x 1,236 resolution with individual pixel size of 4.4 microns square. Prism block splits incoming light into RGB color channels, and 3 sensors are aligned to ¼ pixel accuracy.

Interlaced Color Cameras target homeland security applications.

JAI, Inc.    San Jose, CA 95134
Dec 14, 2010 Featuring 1/3 and ½ in. sensor formats, respectively, Models TMC-773 and TMC-775 provide standard 768 x 494 NTSC TV output at 30 fps using Sony ICX258AKL and ICX428AKL CCDs, while Models RMC-673 and RMC-675 output PAL-format TV signal at 752 x 582 pixels and 25 fps using Sony ICX259AKL and ICX429AKL sensors. Controlled via RS-232 commands over single interface cable, cameras provide signal-to-noise ratios of better than 50 dB and electronic shuttering up to 1/100,000th of 1 sec.
