Push/Pull and BNC Connectors target UHV industry.

CeramTec North America Corp.    Laurens, SC 29360
Oct 25, 2012 Combining stainless steel components with glass-ceramic insulators, Push & Pull Connectors come in single and 4-pin models, as well as welded and flange mounted configurations. Units withstand over 1,000 cycles of mating engagements, making them suitable for analytical equipment. Using stainless steel, glass ceramic, and Inconel, single and double ended BNC Connectors can sustain 500 Vdc, 1 A, and Cryogenic temperatures down to 4 K. Units operate with 50 Ω matched impedance at up to 12 GHz.
Cooling Device accommodates extreme packing densities.

Cooling Device accommodates extreme packing densities.

CeramTec North America Corp.    Laurens, SC 29360
Jun 03, 2011 Made of aluminum nitride, CeramCool® Box provides efficient cooling for extreme packing densities. Temperature profile is consistent, with thermal conductivity of greater than or equal to 170 W/mK. Electric conductors are placed directly on ceramic heat-sink, forming permanent connection without thermal barriers or risk of delamination. At 1 mm, walls minimize distance between coolant and heat source to optimize heat transfer. Cooling water connections consist of one inlet and outlet.
Aluminum Nitride Extrusion offers power insulating properties.

May 09, 2011 Exhibiting uniform thermal conductivity and expansion in all directions, Alunit® allows rod-shaped bodies and tube systems made of ceramic to possess optimal mechanical stability and dielectric strength. Aluminum nitride extrusion features thermal expansion coefficient of approximately 4 ppm/K and high heat conductivity of greater than or equal to 170 W/mK, making it suitable for high-power electronic applications.

Double Ended Connector is suited for data/signal transmission.

CeramTec North America Corp.    Laurens, SC 29360
Jan 13, 2011 Designed to take voltages up to 7 kV, double ended HN Connector has glass ceramic insulator and current rating of 2.5 A. It suits high frequency signal transmission or fast rise time pulses for data transmission. Ceramaseal® products include industry-standard coaxial connectors, ranging from Microdot through SHV. Coaxial connectors, manufactured for high and ultra-high vacuum service, are available with or without air side plugs and come in grounded and floating shield versions.

Micro D Type Connectors feature hermetically sealed design.

CeramTec North America Corp.    Laurens, SC 29360
Jan 13, 2011 Suited for military and commercial aircraft, IR cameras, and laser-guided systems, RoHS-compliant Ceramaseal® Mil Spec Connectors are available with 9, 15, 25, or 51 gold-plated pin/socket contacts on .050 in. centers. Contacts are available as weldable unit in ConFlat® or ISO flange. Each pin is individually sealed and electrically insulated from stainless steel housing, allowing for high pin/lead density.
Hermetic Feedthroughs offer safe air side connectivity.
