Absolute Multi-Turn Rotary Encoder has DRIVE-CLiQ interface.TR Electronic, Inc. Troy, MI 48083
Dec 05, 2012 Along with magnetic detection and M12 connector, CMV36-M features DRIVE-CLiQ open interface which lets users select measuring system that best fits application. Encoders using measurement techniques, such as magnetic/inductive sensors, can also be connected through DRIVE-CLiQ. Due in part to reading of specific data from electronic rating plates of drive components, encoder features error-free parameterization of drive as well as accelerated commissioning and diagnostics.
Multi-Turn Rotary Encoder integrates SERCOS III interface.TR Electronic, Inc. Troy, MI 48083
Dec 05, 2012 Along with 27-bit resolution (30-bit optional), CEV58 ES3 features SERCOS III interface with bump-less physical layer single-fault recovery. SERCOS III allows insertion and configuration of devices into network when cyclic communication is active and is backwards-compatible with previous versions of SERCOS. Optical scanning technology provides 13 arc sec of precision, while compact M12 connectors and various shaft and mounting flange configurations facilitate application integration.
EtherCAT Absolute Encoder offers parameter setting possibilities.TR Electronic, Inc. Troy, MI 48083
Nov 12, 2012 Available with fully programmable electronic resolution, multi-turn absolute encoder with EtherCAT offers position and speed readouts. Available shaft types include solid, blind, hollow through, and integrated coupling, and modular construction enables mechanical customizations. Operating from 11–27 Vdc supply, encoder works from 0 to +60°C as standard (-20 to +70°C optionally) and is IP65 rated when used with screwed on mating connector and/or screwed together cable gland.
Absolute Encoders operate with SIL 3 safety functions.TR Electronic, Inc. Troy, MI 48083
Oct 11, 2012 With low probability of failure, CDx Series is suited for applications requiring redundancy. Series includes 75 mm CDV solid shaft model and 75 mm CDH hollow through shaft option. Both have 2 channels and are available with either SSI or Fieldbus interfaces. Models with SSI feature 2 redundant SSI interfaces – master system and safety system, while models with PROFIsafe protocol consist of dual channel optical and magnetic scanning systems. All have IP54 rating and operate from 0–60°C.
Tool Detection System scans for presence and scale.TR Electronic, Inc. Troy, MI 48083
Aug 10, 2012 Suitable for turning and milling machines as well as all machining centers, BQS Tool Detection System monitors tools and workpieces for tool presence, tool breakage, and tool ejection. System also performs object recognition, free space monitoring, and process monitoring, and checks for position definition and clamping errors. Housed in anodized aluminum with multi-stage sealing system and IP68 rating, system features fixed starting position with scanning angle of 15-300° on both sides.
Absolute and Incremental Encoders feature IP69K rating.TR Electronic, Inc. Troy, MI 48083
Jul 16, 2012 Measuring 36 mm in diameter, IP69K Encoders are built to withstand strict and harsh wash-down conditions such as extreme heat, pressure, and caustic nature present in food and beverage industries. Units feature magnetic shaft coupling for external shaft installations, protective coating of PCB, and optional separate bearing. Completely wear-free, encoders have standard SSI Interface with dual redundant SSI output available.
