Guide Assemblies foster thick turret tooling usability.

Guide Assemblies foster thick turret tooling usability.

Wilson Tool International Inc.    White Bear Lake, MN 55110
Nov 26, 2012 Combining tool-free punch adjustments with replaceable punch technology in one package, HPX™ guide assembly accelerates and facilitates use of thick turret tooling. Assemblies integrate EXP punch technology, which offers standard holder with universal punches, and HP2 punch adjustment capabilities. Able to work in all thick turret machines, products support ABS or non-ABS lubrication and can be used for round or shaped punches.
Punch Tooling promotes productivity via universal design.

Punch Tooling promotes productivity via universal design.

Wilson Tool International Inc.    White Bear Lake, MN 55110
Nov 15, 2011 Offering standard holders with truly universal punches, EXP(TM) punch technology is designed to fit in all styles of A and B station thick turret assemblies. It is available for every major brand of thick turret tooling, and design enables use of same holder with multiple punches. Available in round or special shapes, products are manufactured with Ultima(TM) premium tool steel for utmost wear resistance and are fully compatible with all current guide assemblies.

Deburring Tool eliminates secondary deburring operations.

Wilson Tool International Inc.    White Bear Lake, MN 55110
Apr 19, 2011 Available for Trumpf® or thick turret style punch presses, Wilson De-burring Tool coins small chamfer on cut edge to accurately deburr straight lines or arcs, including acute angles and very small radii. Ball assembly design minimizes setup and adjustment time by enabling operators to adjust ball pressure without disassembling tool. Ball assemblies also extend tool life when working with wide variety of sheet materials.

Hydraulic Clamping System improves press brake productivity.

Wilson Tool International Inc.    White Bear Lake, MN 55110
Jun 07, 2010 Available for Wilson American Precision and WT Style Precision(TM) press brake tooling, ExpressRail(TM) accelerates setups and changeovers for press brake fabricators. System automatically clamps and seats tooling along full length of beam in one operation via one touch of wireless pendant control. Featuring low-profile design that will not interfere with open height required for larger parts, clamping system is treated with Nitrex(TM) for corrosion resistance.

Parting Tool has replaceable die inserts.

Wilson Tool International Inc.    White Bear Lake, MN 55110
Jun 30, 2009 Offering punch press fabricators alternative to replacing entire die in parting applications, Dura-Die parting tool features replaceable die inserts engineered with Ultima® premium tool steel for optimal wear resistance and grind life. Die base is made of shock-resistant steel, allowing it to withstand even high punching forces. Tools are available for standard parting in C, D, and E stations, and close-to-clamp is available in D and E stations.

Specialty Tool enables 90° bends to be made in punch press.

Wilson Tool International Inc.    White Bear Lake, MN 55110
Apr 09, 2009 Opti-Bend tooling helps fabricators achieve lean manufacturing goals by eliminating secondary bending operations. With this solution, simple 90° bends can be made in thick turret or Trumpf-style punch presses. Tooling creates 90° wipe up form using rotating cam, built into die, that acts like press brake. Results include minimal to no sheet marking and fewer required hits. By enabling smaller bending operations on punch press, tooling can reduce part handling and setup time.
Staged Bending Tooling completes multiple bends in one setup.

Wilson Tool International Inc.    White Bear Lake, MN 55110
Dec 27, 2007 Designed to minimize setup time for multi-stage bends on press brakes, European-style Staged Bending Tooling allows one press brake operator to carry out complex series of bends in one machine setup. Products incorporate built-in common shut heights and enable 30° offset, gooseneck, and other tools to be installed in succession in one press brake without possibility of punches and dies colliding.
Die Clamp and Holder speed press brake setups.

Wilson Tool International Inc.    White Bear Lake, MN 55110
Oct 25, 2007 Offering 1-touch clamping for American-style press brakes, PowerExpress® hydraulic die clamp is made in 2 ft modular sections that can be installed by single press brake operator. Upon loading die, operator presses button to securely clamp die in place. Another press of button unclamps die for fast changeouts. With pull of lever, Express Clamp® mechanical die holder provides instant and secure clamping. Both are treated with Nitrex(TM) surface enhancement.

Clamp System helps maximize productivity of press brakes.

Wilson Tool International Inc.    White Bear Lake, MN 55110
Oct 26, 2006 Engineered to accommodate virtually any American style press brake tooling without requiring groove, PowerExpress(TM) facilitates press setups by clamping and seating tools in single operation. Once operator loads tooling, one touch of pendant control activates hydraulic action. Within seconds, tooling is precisely clamped and seated along full length of beam. All PowerExpress clamps are treated with Nitrex(TM) Surface Enhancement, which provides surface hardness of HRC-70.
Tooling Line includes punches and dies for press brakes.

Wilson Tool International Inc.    White Bear Lake, MN 55110
Aug 14, 2006 Offering 10 punch profiles (120-220 mm) and 17 dies (6-50 mm), WT press brake tooling line is available for Trumpf-style and LVD-style press brakes. Featuring HRC-70 surface hardness, line is heat-treated with Nitrex(TM) High Endurance Surface Enhancement, adding lubricity, lowering friction coefficient, and providing corrosion resistance. Tools are precision ground to ±.01 mm on all critical dimensions, and include push button for vertical loading and unloading of tool setups.
