May 30, 2014 Offering alternative to mercury-in-glass thermometers, Digi-Tel Series meet FDA Rule 21 CFR 113.40 requirements for use in retorts as well as Pasteurized Milk Ordinance for dairy applications. All-stainless steel models, optimized for use in food processing, dairy engineering, and process industry environments, have 5 in. dia cases with 1 in. tall digital display and -70 to +750°F range. Unit with 4.5 in. dia, polypropylene, wall-mounted housing and remote sensor is also available.

Available with pressure ranges to 1,000 psi, Model P622 has same features but is manufactured in accordance with 3A standards for sanitary applications.

Each unit comes with NIST traceable calibration certificate and is CIP and SIP maintenance compatible.
