Ruland Mfg. Co., Inc.    Marlborough, MA 01752
Apr 01, 2013 Washdown shaft collars are comprised of 303 stainless steel shaft collar, male and female shrouds made from FDA-compliant materials, and 3 O-rings with FDA-compliant lubrication. Suited for applications in food processing, packaging, and medical industries, regulatory-compliant products come with zinc-coated forged alloy screw for max holding power and will not mar shaft. As only element requiring washdown, shroud protects encased stainless steel shaft collar from outside environment.

Feb 27, 2013 Available in 0.2500–3 in. and 6–75 mm bore sizes, Quick Clamping Shaft Collars are designed for light duty stationary or low-rpm applications that require quick positioning adjustments or frequent set up changes where use of tools is not practical. Units slide on shaft smoothly, and when installed, handle sits flush with outside diameter, enabling use in rotating applications. Tension-adjustment screw makes collars compatible to shaft tolerances.

Ruland Mfg. Co., Inc.    Marlborough, MA 01752
Nov 23, 2011 Designed for shafts used in steel, process, and other heavy industries, metric shaft collars feature 32 mm width and DIN12.9 M12 socket head cap screws. Two-piece design enables clamping force to be applied without shaft damage and allows for installation/disassembly without removal of other components. Machined to ensure consistent face to bore perpendicularity of TIR less than 0.076 mm, collars are made as standard from carbon steel with black oxide finish in 16 bores from 75-150 mm.

Jul 20, 2011 Made from aluminum with type-II sulfuric anodized finishes, quick-clamping shaft collars have low-profile, integral clamping lever. Design of cam on lever and mating machined surface on collar ensure tight fit with maximum axial load of 35-120 lbs, depending on collar bore size. Single point faced to ensure perpendicularity and proper alignment, collars are suited for quick positioning adjustments in light-duty, stationary or low-rpm, rotating shaft applications.
