Used for general product evaluation and noise monitoring applications, SoundExpert™ LxT comes with graphic display and fixed set of firmware options. Functionality provides method to measure noise for pass/fail assessments and archiving future traceability. Designed for use with ICP® and traditional charge output sensors, PCB® Models 483C40 and 483C41 also accept direct voltage input and feature selectable low pass filtering. Model 483C40 can be setup and controlled via Ethernet interface, while Model 483C41 has Ethernet interface and front panel keypad and display for setup and control. Multi-Channel Signal Conditioner (MCSC) Control Software comes standard on both multichannel signal conditioners.

Available in standard capacities from 5,000–100,000 lb with combined accuracies from <0.04% to <0.06%, Series 1400 Dual Bridge, Fatigue Rated Load Cells are designed for aircraft structural, lifetime, and fatigue testing applications. Dual output feature offers sensor redundancy and ability to provide control feedback from one bridge while other is used for data acquisition. With moment compensation, accurate output is maintained in presence of eccentric loading and side loads.

Designed for applications with frequency up to 100 kHz and amplitude up to 174 dB, Model 377A14 Side Vented Ľ in. Condenser Microphone is suited for testing of panels, airplane wing testing, HVAC, sound absorption in impedance tube tests, or sound/noise measurements in cavities or small enclosures. Side vented design provides accuracy when microphone is flush mounted in wall or tube where there are significant pressure differentials between inside and outside.

Supplied with integral cable with options of pigtails or connector termination for use with bridge conditioners, PCB® Model 3503A1060KG has 60,000 G measuring range and minimum zero-shift after shock. Piezoresistive triaxial shock accelerometer contains 3 silicon MEMS sensing elements and features 45° package orientation, with DC response, damping, and mechanical stops for over-range protection. Sensor is designed for shock testing and comes in titanium housing.

With damping that reduces resonance amplification and mechanical stops for over-range protection, Model 3991A112KG 2000 G, MEMS, piezoresistive shock accelerometer offers survivability to over-range, minimum zero-shift after shock, and bridge resistance. Measurement ranges of 20,000 and 60,000 G are available, and products are designed as drop-in mechanical replacements for legacy sensors' 2-hole screw mounting. Meeting demands for vibration measurements in applications with temperatures up to +325°F, high temperature ceramic shear ICP® accelerometer model HT602D01 includes 2-Pin MIL-C-5015 side exit connector and sensing element that provides sensitivity of 100 mV/g (±10%) with frequency range of 0.5–8,000 Hz (±3 dB). Sensor works with most vibration analyzers, and alternate versions are available in integral PTFE jacketed cable and armored PTFE jacketed cable.

Consisting of microphone and preamplifier combinations, Ľ in. Models 378C01 and 378C10 measure frequencies to 100 kHz and amplitude to 165 dB. Free-Field Model 378C01 is suitable for automotive and aerospace noise source location and array applications, while Pressure Response Model 378C10 is typically used in noise absorption applications within impedance tubes, or general noise testing in cavities or small enclosures. Both are powered by 2-20 mA signal conditioner and standard coaxial cables.
