Mar 07, 2008 Designed to handle payloads up to 150 lb, stackable fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) composite metal parts wash-boxes are engineered to withstand small-parts washing system chemicals. Product is dimensionally stable, cleanable in hot water or steam, withstand temperatures to 350°F, and can be customized to meet unique corrosion specifications. Offered in various sizes, boxes feature ¼ or 3/8 in. dia bottom holes and elongated 2 ½ x 5/16 in. side slots.

Cart also handles 20 ElastoStatMat trays, which have permanent static dissipative elastomer inlay material to cushion and protect ESD sensitive PDC boards and assemblies. Oct 01, 2002 ElastoStatMat static dissipative elastomer material is used in ESD trays, which cushion products and eliminate need for tape, glue, adhesive, or separate rubber mats. Trays meet or exceed ANSI/ESD S2020 standards. Operating temperature range is -40 to +200°F and static load is greater than 200 lbs. Elastomer material features tear and cut resistance, will not abrade, and is impervious to damage from leaded components. Standard size is 26 x 18 x 1 in.

Mar 13, 2002 Reinforced polymer composite drying trays withstand continuous exposure to temperatures from -60 to 400 deg F. They can be used for drying and curing seals, gaskets, electronic components, pigments and bulk chemical powders requiring drying and oven processing. Nesting trays are impervious to radiation, acids, chemicals and alkaline solutions. They can be stacked several feet high, and stacked trays can be mounted on dollies. Eight sizes are available.
