Apr 19, 2010 Designed to meet airflow demands of EPA10, Euro VI, and Tier 4 engines, WindMaster Revolution Fans combine features of axial-, mixed-, and radial-flow fan technology. Units come in 550 mm size for off-highway equipment and medium-duty trucks as well as 750 mm model for heavy-duty trucks and some off-highway equipment. When vehicle needs more cooling, fan drive springs actuate to run fan at full input speed. Featuring high torque clutch package and large air chamber for full disengagement, drives are suited for medium-duty trucks, buses, severe-service vehicles, and rear-engine cement mixers.

Staggered blade configurations are also available, as are clockwise and counterclockwise rotation options. Featuring standard pilot sizes from 1-5 in. and pitch width of 2.44 in, fans offer max tip speed of 18,000 fpm and provide stable airflow up to 14,000 cfm.

Oct 28, 2009 WindShift(TM) fans employ clamshell knuckles that clamp blades to 0.25 in. steel center disk at precise pitch angles. Customers specify blade configuration and pitch angle, center disk diameter, and rotation. Equally spaced blade configuration options are offered with 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, or 13 blades, and staggered blade configurations are available upon request. Pitch width ranges from 3.08-6.32 in. and fan diameters from 30-48 in. Rotation can be clockwise or counterclockwise.
