Jul 18, 2014 Collectively, ISL71091SEH10/20/33/40 promote overall accuracy for 11- and 12-bit ADC resolution applications. Reference voltage is stable over time, temperature, and ionizing radiation. Performance is optimized via SOI-based PR40 process providing Single Event Latch-up (SEL) immunity, and bipolar technology enables devices to achieve low output noise with initial voltage accuracy of 0.05% Voltage accuracy is ±0.15% over -55 to +125şC range and ±0.25% ionizing radiation.

Power Module delivers up to 40 A and 100 W.

Intersil Corporation    Milpitas, CA 95035
Jun 05, 2014 Fitting in 17 x 17 mm footprint, Model ISL8240M can provide 2 separate outputs up to 20 A per channel or single 40 A output with current sharing up to 6 modules in parallel operation for 240 A. Device has wide input voltage range of 4.5–20 V and offers adjustable output of 0.6–2.5 V. Suitable for infrastructure and cloud computing hardware, step-down DC/DC converter achieves greater than 90% efficiency at 40 A and includes over-current, over-/under-voltage, and over-temperature monitoring.

Power Module offers adjustable 2.5-30 V output.

Intersil Corporation    Milpitas, CA 95035
Apr 28, 2014 Supporting 10–80 V input range, 4 A Model ISL8216M offers flexible solution for 12, 24, 36, and 48 V applications, including high voltage embedded board controllers. Non-isolated DC/DC step-down power module features output regulation of ±1% over -40 to +85°C ambient range and programmable switching frequency of 200–600 kHz. Housed in thermally enhanced 15 x 15 x 3.6 mm over-molded HDA package, module includes over-current, over-/under-voltage, and over-temperature shutdown.

Buck Regulators address multiple voltage rail requirements.

Intersil Corporation    Milpitas, CA 95035
Mar 07, 2014 Integrating both high-side and low-side field-effect transistors, Models ISL85410 and ISL85418 eliminate need for low-side diode and external compensation. Synchronous buck regulators down-convert DC voltage from power supply or battery to power multiple microprocessors and board components at various voltage requirements, minimizing power loss. Housed in 4 x 3 mm package, devices support input voltage range of 3–36 V and wide Vout range from 0.6–95% of Vin.
DC/DC Power Module delivers up to 100 W output.
