IMG System Software Release v10.5.2 enables gateways to support SIP-to-SIP translations, as well as SIP-to-SIP-I and SIP-to-SIP-T interworking. Gateways also support upgrade procedure in SS7 networks, N+1 redundancy for DS3 links across multiple gateways, and clear channel codecs, which allow providers to backhaul clear channel video and data over IP networks.
