Each interpreter desk can be configured/controlled remotely by operator and is displayed on operator's PC monitor. Control options include switching mic on/off during session and adjusting mic sensitivity. Also, Speak-Slowly and Help indicators are available.

Disks can operate in RAID-4 configuration, and front-accessible design facilitates service as well as drive additions/replacements without uninstalling recorder. Kit also supports SMART feature, which alerts user/administrator of impending drive failure.
