Dec 26, 2013 Designed to extend cutting tool life, BM-35 Series features BMS 15 interchangeable holder system, which utilizes single bolt for holder retention and requires low tightening torque of 75 lb-ft. Low front face position maximizes efficiency while allowing full tooth rotation. In addition, machines incorporate logical operating layout, intuitive controls, and low noise levels. Vibration isolated operator's stand features comfortable swivel seat design which allows all work to be done while seated.

Dec 02, 2013 Delivering power for vibration generation as well as perfectly matched compaction parameters, BW161ADO-4 exciter system integrates Tangential Oscillation (TanGO). Interaction of TanGO from rear drum and traditional vibration power from front drum directly leads to desirable smoothness and density. With TanGO always directed horizontally, system maintains continuous ground contact; efficient compaction results are often able to be seen immediately after few roller passes.

Oct 03, 2013 Powered by 73.2 hp Kuboto water-cooled engines, Models BW141AD-5 and BW151AD-5 offer working widths of 59 and 66 in., respectively, and deliver up to 17,760 lb of centrifugal force each. Frame design ensures clear visibility, while ECOMODE helps conserve fuel by controlling engine speed in relation to load. With crab-steer feature, operator can offset rear drum up to 6.7 in. in either direction. Pressurized water spray system includes second pump and triple filters for reliable drum sprinkling.

Jul 31, 2013 Powered by 32.6 hp, water-cooled Kubota diesel engine, BOMAG BW100AD-4 delivers up to 8,350 lb of centrifugal force per drum and max frequency of 4,200 vibrations/min for commercial and municipal applications. Suspended operator's platform, along with smart steering wheel, features fuel level indicator and hour meter. Promoting maneuverability around obstructions, standard crab walk allows roller's rear drum to be offset by 1.6 in. in either direction.

Apr 01, 2013 Available on BW138AD-5 Tandem Vibratory Roller, ECONOMIZER system provides real-time data, allowing continuous control of compaction process. ECONOMIZER uses acceleration sensor to measure stiffness of target material across compacted area. Data from sensor is instantly displayed via 10 yellow LED lights on roller’s instrument panel, with number of illuminated lights increasing in conjunction with compaction levels. Red LED light warns of potential over-compaction, preventing fractured aggregate.

Mar 05, 2013 Designed for compaction of granular and cohesive soils, BW211D-50 smooth drum roller and BW211PD-50 padfoot roller are powered by Tier 4i compliant, 120 hp Deutz diesel engine that features ECOMODE to conserve fuel. BW211D-50 generates 53,100 lb of centrifugal force in high amplitude and 32,141 lb in low amplitude, while BW211PD-50 provides respective centrifugal forces of 61,825 lb and 37,434 lb. Both deliver frequencies of 1,800 and 1,980 vibrations/min across 84 in. operating width.
