Sep 10, 2014 Baldor-Dodge® Para-Flex® QD (PXQD) coupling features QD flange design that complements Taper-Lock and bored-to-size style flanges. Sizes PX50 through PX200 offer torque ratings up to 82,500 lb-in., and bore capacity of PXQD flanges let end-users downsize coupling selections. QD bushing design allows installation and removal with minimal shaft damage. When used with Para-Flex element, complete Para-Flex couplings provide misalignment capabilities to prevent damage to connected equipment.

Jul 21, 2014 Operating without need for re-tensioning, Dodge® HT500 Synchronous Belt Drives run slip-free and are suitable for wet and oily environments. Product line includes complete offering of synchronous sprockets with shaft attachment options, including TAPER-LOCK® and fin fan QD bushings as well as minimum plain bore sprockets. As companion to sprockets, belts come in 8 and 14 mm pitch and are made of polyurethane and carbon fiber cords for high torque transmission in severe environments.

Jul 08, 2014 Stock versions of Large AC – GPM induction motors come in ratings of 250–1,000 hp, 2,300/4,000 V, Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC), foot mounted designs. Custom motors are available in 250–1,500 hp; 460, 575, 2,300/400 V, TEFC, foot mounted designs. Suited for industrial applications requiring high torque, motors feature all-cast iron construction, drive end slinger, insulated opposite drive end bearing, winding RTDs, space heaters, provisions for bearing RTDs, and ground lug in conduit box.

May 28, 2014 Super-E® Motors with Baldor Shaft Grounding Brush are available in stock ratings from 1–50 hp in Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) or Open Drip Proof (ODP) Foot Mounted designs as well as ½–5 hp in TEFC, C-Face Foot Mounted designs. Design features carbon brush mounted internally to divert shaft currents away from motor bearings, which increases life expectancy of bearings.

MDX conveyor pulleys feature thick end discs to power through tough operating conditions. Meeting demand for inverter-driven motors with factory-installed shaft grounding device, products are constructed with heavy-duty frames and cast endplates and are suitable for mounting in any position. Class H Inverter Ready insulation system is standard.

Units meet CEMA standards, but are also available with Mine Duty Extra construction for strength and durability. Four lagging options are available, offering features such as bi-directional pulley rotation, flame and oil resistance, abrasion resistance, and various grooving options.

Aug 22, 2013 By increasing lagging life, Dodge® D-LAG conveyor pulleys extend operating life of conveyor pulley and conveyor belt. Lagging is 100% vulcanized for pulley bonding and strength, making it resistant to cuts and gouges. Available styles include D-LAG heavy-duty drum pulleys from 10–24 in. dia that are designed with flexible end discs, and D-LAG MDX® (mine duty extra) drum pulleys from 12–24 in. dia which feature integral hub design that eliminates welded hub.

Aug 21, 2013 Available from 1–20 hp, 56C through 256TC, Super White Washdown Duty Motor is intended for humid and moist environments in food and beverage industry where motors receive sanitary washdowns on regular basis. Motor is constructed with 300 series stainless steel shaft, hardware, and nameplate; labyrinth seals on each end; and moisture-resistant insulation system. Autophoretic® autodeposition exterior surface preparation method makes white epoxy finish coat resistant to corrosion and chipping.
