Standard panels come in sizes up to 20 in.² with welded studs or countersunk bolts. ALRESIST-based KERAFLEX-KRM offers ½ or 1 in. tile thickness, while KERAFLEX-WRM consists of KALMETALL-W hard overlay welded plates, rubber, and steel. KERAFLEX-KR features 1/8-½ in. thick ALRESIST tile and rubber backing only.

Hard aggregate provides wear protection, while micro and nano silica fill pores between cement portions. Suitable for temperatures up to 2,192°F, KALCRET reaches high strength and wear resistance after 8 hr. It is available in troweled, cast, or sprayed-on versions for lining components with horizontal, vertical, inclined, curved, and flat surfaces.

KALMETALL hard cast iron segments are used in components to withstand impact wear and sliding abrasion, while ALRESIST alumina oxide ceramic segments with Moh's hardness of 9, are used for components exposed to extreme abrasive wear. Elbows are available in sizes from .79-5.91 in. ID and up to 100.08 in. in length.

Jan 14, 2005 KALMETALL®-TC utilizes chemically bonded elements of tungsten and carbon. Hard grains of tungsten carbide are combined through sintering process into tiles and shapes. Available in thin small tiles and larger thick pieces, KALMETALL-TC is suited for processing machinery components as well as pipes and elbows for pneumatic and gravity piping systems. It can be used for fan blades handling coal, ore, and other abrasive granular products such as sand, coke, and ferro-silica.

Aug 19, 2003 KALMETALL® W hard overlay, welded steel linings can be self-supporting or installed into existing steel structures. They combine steel base composed of ASTM A-36 carbon steel or alloy plates with hard overlay welded chromium carbide protective layer. Steel base ranges in thickness from 3/16–1/4 in. with other sizes available. Standard alloy plates measure 48 x 96 in. and 60 x 120 in. Linings are suited for bunkers, mills, chutes, dust pipes, and cyclones.
