Die provides automatic adjustment of V-width in increments of 0.39 in. and allows bending of angles up to 50° for max V-width. For optimal rolling and friction reducing properties, radius is a hardened insert, machined with STONE® compound curve.

Able to accept diverse tooling, system also features hardened steel guide bushings, hardened shot pins, bi-directional turret rotation, and servo-driven hydraulic press drive.
