Apr 25, 2014 Used in recycling of household, commercial, and bulk waste, XR shredders employ UNTHA Eco Drive. Water-cooled drive motors do not require fresh air supply and ensure safety in case of thermal outages. Shredders can be equipped with either ripper or cutter system, in combination with XR strainer bar system, to ensure specified fraction size of 50–400 mm. Along with synchronous motors, features include resqueezing feeder, self-contained design, and 7 in. color touchscreen monitor.
Four-Shaft Shredder offers variable-speed, reversible operation.

May 13, 2011 Intended for extreme-duty applications requiring high throughput and availability, RS150 employs dynamic and energy-conserving UNTHA Torque Drive that ensures cutting shafts are stopped immediately when foreign materials enter system. Drive, which works without wear parts, also makes frequent reversing possible to accommodate difficult materials. Varying speed of rotation of cutting shafts allows throughput to be adapted to specific materials.
Multipurpose Shredders employ 4-shaft cutting system.

Sep 02, 2010 Shredders RS30 and RS40 incorporate maintenance-free mechanical seals, wear plates, central lubrication system, electronic oil level monitoring, and screen quick change system to ensure reliability. Steel frame, featuring integrated mounting flange, facilitates integration into complete systems. While control panel attached directly to machine facilitates use, hopper design enables machine to be charged from all 4 sides.
Heavy-Duty Shredders feature single shaft design.

Jul 27, 2010 Specifically designed for wood, plastics, and paper recycling industries, VR Series features fail-safe cutting system, constant material feed, and maintenance-free pusher system. Touch screen panel simplifies operation, while gear unit, integrated into rotor, eliminates problems of shaft stubs. Drive design allows for high throughput with low drive power.
