Aug 24, 2012 Featuring 4-way directional push button control, Model DC9000 measures roughness during in-docking and out-docking surveys. Sensor, equipped with 3 non-slip wheels and carbide tipped stylus, is moved over ship's hull horizontally, collecting series of 12 measurements each. Statistics, time/date, and location of each series as well as average hull roughness are automatically calculated and stored in instrument's internal memory, which connects to PC via USB connection.

Mar 09, 2012 Serving paint and coatings industry, TQC wet scrub washability tester can be used to test various materials, such as hiding power test charts, scrub panels, as well as metal, plastic, or wood panels/parts. Settings are pre-set in machine for ISO and ASTM standards, but all parameters are fully flexible. Cycle speed (1-60 strkes/min), stroke length (2-300 mm), pump volume (0-3 mL/min), number of cycles, and test duration can all be set digitally by operator.

Sep 09, 2011 By performing cupping test on coated steel panels, Cupping Testers define resistance of paint, varnish, or related products to cracking and/or detachment from metal substrate when subjected to gradual deformation by indentation under standard conditions. With complementary color selection, defects in coating will manifest as lines, cracks, or marks in different colors. Testers are driven by micro-step controlled electro motor, which allows precise and steady deformation with 0.01 mm steps.
