Based on torque sealing-friction free sealing design, TT2 triple offset valve features ellipsoidal sealing geometry that ensures zero leakage and bubble-tight shut-off. It has fire safe certification to API607 4th edition, as well as fully field-replaceable seat and seal design. Available in wafer, lugged and double flanged type body styles to 150 and 300 lb pressure ratings, valve is inherently safe for high risk industry applications.

Available in sizes from 2-54 in., Double Isolation Valves are suitable for applications where positive verifiable and maintainable shut-off is required. Units provide security of guaranteed isolation while delivering benefit of triple offset, metal-seated butterfly valve. Incorporating 2 valves into 1 integral cast body, all standard materials conform to NACE, and product is fire tested to BS6755 part 2/ API 6FA/AP1 607.
