Package is lead (Pb)-free, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant. Available in 30 V version (other voltages upon request), LED achieves efficiency of ~120 lm/W at 3000K CCT, 80 Ra min, and 115 lm brightness. With efficacy of 110 lm/W or more at 3,000K CCT, CRI >80 Ra, and 25°C substrate temperature, models consist of four JU1215 (15 x 12 x 1.6 mm) and one JU2024 (20 x 24 x 1.6 mm) types. Versions are available from ANSI bin 2,700K to 6,500K and offer 3 step (McAdam) options.

Top-view LED provides typical light output of 20 lm in warm white and 22 lm in cool white at 60 mA and achieves luminous output of 26-41 lm at 75 mA. Measuring 3.0 x 2.0 x 0.8 mm, RoHS-compliant device has CRI of greater than 80 Ra and comes in ANSI correlated color temperatures from 2,700–6,500 K.

Pb-/Halogens-free solution can be designed to have respective gap and slit widths of 1.1 and 0.3 mm, promoting accuracy and detection sensitivity. Featuring 2.7 mm profile, product consists of IR emitting diode and NPN silicon phototransistor integrated by double molding process.
