Transfer and Distribution System has washdown-duty design.

TNA Australia Pty Ltd    NSW, 2127
Dec 17, 2009 Able to be used in packaging factories and processing section of plants, tna roflo® 3 (cw) consists of modular conveyor pans that can be washed down on site or swapped out. Linear slip motion smoothly slides product in desired direction, virtually eliminating breakage. Constructed of stainless steel and rated to IP67, system offers complete wash-down functionality without requiring removal of any parts. It is also reversible, through software, in stand-alone application.

Flavor Control Software regulates product feed rates.

TNA Australia Pty Ltd    NSW, 2127
Dec 01, 2009 Designed for snack food industry, intelli-flav® v2 flavoring system is intended for use with roflo® 3 gateless and fully reversible transfer and distribution conveyors. Program measures flavor rates and product flow to monitor and self-regulate correct feed-rates. When product flow rate changes, it issues corresponding change in flavor rate, ensuring delivery of correct ratio of flavor to product. Settings are retained as recipe on touchscreen to simplify operation.

VFFS Packaging System features rotary double jaw design.

TNA Australia Pty Ltd    NSW, 2127
Nov 26, 2008 Combining 2 vertical form-fill-seal machines into compact footprint, robag® 3 ttx can produce any type of bag format including pillow pack, quattro or block bottom, and inner and outer bag configurations. System features servo driven design and integrated electronics with digital settings and controls located on central touch screen. Machine integrates with other packaging equipment including tna's gateless, reversible transfer and distribution system.

VFFS Packaging System features kanga jaw technology.

TNA Australia Pty Ltd    NSW, 2127
Aug 12, 2008 With ability to emulate box-motion with all features of high speed rotary system, robag® 3 suits specialty, flexible bag formats such as quattro and block bottom and long bag applications such as cereals and frozen food. It provides continuous, regular film speed for all types of films. Kanga jaw, powered by linear motor, adds up and down motion to its rotating jaws, and this additional movement of up to 120 mm allows jaw path control so jaws approach each other on horizontal line.

Inserter System doubles manual speeds 40-50 bpm.

TNA Australia Pty Ltd    NSW, 2127
Apr 24, 2008 Designed to automatically place singular 3D objects into robag® 3 VFFS packaging equipment, system eliminates missed inserts and manual labor. Insert thickness range from 5 to 110 x 35 mm in any direction with weight capacity up to 25 g. Inserter reduces number of multiple inserts at speeds of 100 bpm and provides emergency shutoff to protect machinery in case of required shutdown. Unit can be added to most existing robag® 3 rotary jaw machines on site.

Food Transfer/Distribution System has gateless design.

TNA Australia Pty Ltd    NSW, 2127
Apr 15, 2008 Able to move products in several directions on one line and into any packaging system, roflo® 3 gateless food transfer and distribution system offers gentle, linear motion and does not induce product damage or flavor loss. Modular nature of this reversible servo-driven system, which employs pans from 3-3.5 m long, minimizes moving parts, and roflo® 3 can be in-fed from multiple locations while handling multiple products on one line with no cross contamination.

Conveyor System offers gateless distribution, accumulation.

TNA Australia Pty Ltd    NSW, 2127
Aug 15, 2007 Suited for food industry, roflo® handles product with optimal care to minimize product damage and flavor loss. Use of servo-driven system results in smooth operator motion, and mechanics provide precise control over handling of wide product range. Configurable to meet application demands, system makes it possible to use single pan lengths over 100 m with master drive and any number of slave drives. Programmable conveyors support variable length of stroke to 200 mm.
