May 19, 2011 Cast iron wormwheels, available in 2.5 and 3.0 Module, are designed to be run together with 817M40T or 303 stainless steel worms or worm shafts as standard. Cast iron GG25 material was chosen for engineering properties such as melting point, fluidity, castability, machinability, resistance to deformation, and wear resistance. Available with 1, 2, 3, or 4 starts and 15-48 teeth as standard, wheels may be ordered with different bore sizes, keyways, tapped, and pin holes.

Apr 13, 2011 Right-angle worm gearboxes RW3 and RW4 offer 1.41 Nm output torque and ratios from 5:1-20:1, while RW5 right-angle helical gearboxes offer 0.7-1.41 Nm torque and ratios from 1:1-4:1. Both types have breakaway torques of 0.085 Nm, anodised aluminium casings, oil impregnated bronze bearings, and 303 stainless steel output shafts. Input worm shaft on RW3 is 416 hardened stainless steel and input gear on RW5 is hardened stainless steel. With 3,000 rpm max input speed, max backlash is 2º.

Steel Sprockets range from 6-50.8 mm.

Stainless steel sprockets are also available for those applications that require it and range in size from 9.53-25.4 mm. Mar 25, 2011 Cast iron Series GG25 spur gears are available from 1.5-3 Mod with between 18-98 teeth. Suited for engineering applications, products are resistant to destruction and weakening caused by rust. Gears are also available in 28 HRC steel, 58 HRC case hardened steel, 303 and 316 stainless steel, Peak GF 30®, Delrin POM, titanium, and skive hobbed versions.

Bevel Gearboxes feature 0.035-4.032 Nm torque capacity.

Mar 10, 2011 Bevel gearboxes are available in 3 sizes ranging from 34.925-63.5 mm OD with 1:1 torque ratio as standard. Integrated in green anodized aluminum housings, units have 303 stainless steel shafts, 2 sealed ball bearings/shaft, and an operating temperature of -20 to +80ºC. Maximum rotational speed for all versions is 2,000 rpm, and 3,000 rpm for units with hardened spiral bevels. Backlash figures vary from 1-0.5º for gearboxes with polished hardened steel gears and spiral bevels.

Worm Gears are offered in PEEK(TM) or Delrin®.

Different bore sizes, tapped holes, keyways, and pin holes can be added upon request. While chemical-resistant Peek Gf30 exhibits tensile and impact strength for keeping its shape, Delrin plastic exhibits optimal fatigue life, moisture sensitivity, and resistance to solvents and chemicals.

Nov 18, 2010 HTD pulleys and belts include timing pulleys, starting at 5 mm pitch to suit 9, 15, and 25 mm wide belts, available with pilot or taper bore. Different versions are available depending on number of teeth required. Standard pitches also include 8 and 14 mm, which suit belts to 85 mm. Depending on size, pulleys are steel with zinc-plated steel flanges or cast iron, and belts are glass fiber reinforced, rubber back/teeth with nylon fabric tooth facing to DIN/ISO 5296.
