Zober Industries is Excited to Announce its Newest Surface Mount Assembly Line
Zober Industries, located in Croydon, PA, has added a new Surface Mount Assembly Line to better serve our customers for Printed Circuit Board Assembly needs.
We have added a new SMT line with EKRA E5-36 Large Board printer, two FUJI AIMEX IIS and BTU International Pyromax 125A oven which enable a flexible platform for all types of production to board size up to 27” x 30.375”. It includes modular dual heads for flexible placement and tooling of different components during the product run. Finally, offline feeder loading using MFU’s for quick change-over resulting in more run time.
This new line can place components as small as 01005 and as large as 3” square. This ability to assemble Circuit Boards in a wide size range adds greatly to our capacity to better serve our customers. We are committed to continuing improvement initiatives, meeting quality to ISO 9001:2008 certification and ISO 13485:2003 for Manufacture of Medical Devices. We also have UL 508A industrial control panel certification E258978, UL wire harness certification E258976, RoHS & WEEE compliant.
