Will build Brainware visibility within industry analyst & media communities

ASHBURN, Va., Aug. 7, 2007 -- Brainware, Inc., whose solutions automate high-volume document processing and data extraction, today announced that Yegor Kuznetsov has joined the company as Director of Analyst and Media Relations.
Kuznetsov will work with key industry analysts, editors, and reporters to promote awareness of Brainware's uniquely powerful approach to data and document capture and processing, and how that "intelligent" technological foundation is quickly establishing Brainware as a leader in the document processing marketplace.

Brainware technologies enable high-volume document and data throughput in SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, JD Edwards, and other business/financial environments, and are increasingly in demand at large, Global 2000 customer sites. The company's recent announcements include major contracts with Alltel Wireless, Southern Company, and others leaders in a variety of industries.

A seasoned media professional, Kuznetsov has over 20 years of diverse communications experience. He was previously a Senior Associate at Strategic Communications Group, a high-tech public relations firm, where he helped several technology clients to rapidly expand their media footprint and gain market recognition. Kuznetsov has also held senior communications positions at WebSurveyor (now Vovici), the world's largest provider of enterprise feedback management solutions, and Stratagem Marketing, an integrated technology marketing agency (subsequently acquired by WebSurveyor).

Earlier in his career, Kuznetsov was a researcher with the Gorbachev Foundation, where he completed his Ph.D. and served as a media analyst with Mikhail Gorbachev, President of the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR). An experienced journalist, Kuznetsov also spent six years with the TASS news agency's world service.

"Yegor's extensive analyst and media relations experience will help us expand industry awareness of Brainware's critical differentiators in data and document capture and processing," says Carl Mergele, Brainware CEO. "We look forward to making further inroads within the analyst and media communities through his expertise."

"I am delighted to join Brainware as it continues its explosive growth," Kuznetsov says. "I look forward to building awareness of how Brainware's customers are leveraging our solutions to achieve significant cost reductions and productivity gains."
