Material Master(TM) Bulk Bag Discharger with Flexible Screw Conveyor
MATERIAL MASTER™ BULK BAG DISCHARGING SYSTEM offers patented technology and features that maximize production efficiency. Unit is designed to discharge bulk bags into customer's existing process. Unit features an integral hoist, monorail, and the Spider-Lift™ bag lifting frame. Unit includes the Flo-Master™ bag massaging system for positive material flow, while the Seal-Master™ bag spout access chamber allows optimal access to the bag discharge spout. Unit includes an incline flexible screw conveyor with a stainless steel hopper that features a material agitator and fluidizing pads. Inlet hopper also includes a quick release end cap for auger removal and cleaning. 304 stainless steel pneumatic tubing is standard on all MTS bulk bag dischargers.
