Wright Tool Changes ¾-Inch Drive 12-Point Impact Sockets

BARBERTON, OHIO - June 2008 - Wright Tool Company recently changed its line of standard length ¾-inch drive 12-point impact sockets. The 12-point impact sockets are available in 28 sizes, ranging from 9/16 inches to 2-3/8 inches. These impact sockets have the same wall thickness as traditional six-point impact sockets for added strength and performance to meet users' demands.

As with any large drive impact socket, end users must wear safety goggles and use a Ret-Ring(TM) or pin and O-ring to safely secure the socket to the impact driver.

"Wright Tool changed its ¾-inch drive 12-point impact sockets to meet the demands of the higher performance delivered by modern impact guns," said Greg Helbling, vice president of sales, Wright Tool.
