As sales of this tool continue to grow and a large portion of Serengeti's customers are driven to the Robo-FTP site for information, Serengeti Systems determined a usability analysis of the site should be conducted with the underlying goal of enhancing visitor experience. Through the results of the analysis, Serengeti made improvements to the design and navigation of the site, as well as modified site content on existing pages. Serengeti also added several new pages to the site.
