Wolter Power Systems Welcomes Joe Rubens as Vice President of Sales
Wolter Power Systems, a member of Wolter Group LLC, is pleased to announce the appointment of Joe Rubens as its Vice President of Sales. His initial focus will be to improve on the growing demand for generator sales. Joe will join us on January 4th, 2016.
Joe graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and then relocated to Arizona. In Arizona, Joe worked for over 18 years in the power generation business. His experience includes 5 years with the local Kohler distributor followed by over 11 years working with the local Cummins Distributor, Cummins Rocky Mountain.
Joe began in sales and quickly moved into management positions. His last position with Cummins Rocky Mountain included Powergen sales, service and rental responsibility. He functioned as the Southern Division Regional Manager for branches in Phoenix and Las Vegas.
In early 2014, Joe and his wife Sarah decided to move back to Wisconsin to be with family. Joe accepted a position as Director of Commercial Generator Sales for Briggs and Stratton. He was quickly promoted to Vice President of Sales-Standby Generator Group in 2014 which he led until now. Joe and his wife Sarah live in Sussex and have 2 boys ages 3 (Vincent) and 5 (Rocco).
