Strategic Acquisition Strengthens Whitney Blake's Presence in Telecom Industry
Bellows Falls, VT- Whitney Blake Company, a leader in interconnect solutions, announces the acquisition of Adirondack Wire & Cable (AWC), a division of ASC Industries. AWC is a leading manufacturer of cable and cable assemblies for telecom, voice and data communications.
Clear strategic synergies between the two companies will allow Whitney Blake and AWC to provide their customers with ongoing competitive pricing, fast lead times, and high levels of quality, service and technical support.
