WE HAVE LIFTOFF: New Hubbard-Hall Website


Hubbard-Hall is proud and excited to announce that its new website has finally arrived. After months of planning, organization, and treatment, the new website aims to educate users about the company’s products and the company itself. With fresh and updated content, such as the company’s resource capabilities, sustainability efforts, competitive advantages, customer testimonials, and product feature matrices, Hubbard-Hall continues to strive to be a customer-oriented chemical manufacturer and supplier.



The new and modern design has added content and new features. The company’s competitive advantage data points are displayed to provide customers and potential customers with proof of Hubbard-Hall’s superiority as a chemical company. Similar to this, the customer testimonials verify that the company has achieved its goal of providing Better, Safer and Faster products and services.



To provide users with relevant product information, there are new product feature matrices that allow them to compare the qualities of Hubbard-Hall’s best products. Beyond that, there are more comprehensive lists of products with links to their product bulletins, which allow users see the products in more detail. Navigating through the website to find the right product is also more straightforward.



Improved communication was another objective for the new website. The Live Chat feature allows faster response to inquiries from users. There is a categorical system of contacting the company for different purposes—general inquiries for service representatives, requesting a product sample, becoming a partner, submitting a resume, signing up for training, signing up for the ChemNotes newsletter or commodity reports, and signing up for product MSDSs.



Insight for the new website, including layout and structure, product and company information, technical support, ingenuity, and marketing, came from many departments throughout the company. The combined efforts of Molly Kellogg (Executive Vice President), Jeff Davis (Senior VP of Marketing Business Development), Hubbard-Hall lab technicians, and other associates made the endeavor a true team effort.

I believe we’ve recreated much of this knowledge base online with the launch of our new website.
