Warehouse Vertical Divider Cart
Customer decided to set up their new warehouse storage with storage carts. Some of their unique parts included long items that are best stored vertically. Could be used to store the product itself or boxes holding the product.
Vertical storage also a good way to sort multiple length products for quick visual identification and retrieval.
Designed to be loaded/unloaded from one side. Such a design suitable for either manufacturing or warehouse use.
Cart takes advantage Creform's ability to bend 28mm pipe. Bent pipe selected for its pleasing appearance and to reduce the number metal joints required for cart fabrication. Using less joints can reduce assembly time and cost 5-10%.
Bent pipe's elimination of the metal joint also good for product protection. Minimizes the chance for product damage and also eliminates potential hang point so loading/unloading is consistently easy.
Cart features (6) six 5" diameter casters wheels for easy, stable and safe movement. Four casters feature brakes that can be engaged for secure positioning while the other two are fixed for directional control. Base reinforced with Creform pipe hung below the cart's frame with HJ-6's.
Wheels lend themselves to easily moving the structure for housekeeping and/or repositioning. Cart also great for transport to point of use and temporary storage of all the parts needed for a job. 80" wide x 32" deep footprint. Cart designed to hold up to 725 pounds.
Cart's base features ½' HDPE plastic supported by Creform pipes. The continuous plastic shelf ensures that nothing falls through. Cart features low level frame to retain the stored parts so they won't kick out.
Built with clamp together metal joints. Each of the cart's eight dividers can be repositioned or whole cart customized with only simple tools.

Various pipe colors available for easy visual identification of different purpose kitting carts. Can be configured for ESD(anti-static) applications as well.
Available as a kit, an assembled structure or in the component form for a complete DIY solution.
