Voice4Net to Preview WebRTC-Based Contact Center Solutions at Enterprise Connect March 17 to 19

Leading Provider of Customer Interaction Solutions Will Demo New Browser-Based Product Suite; CEO Rick McFarland Will Participate in Contact Center Panel Session

Dallas, TX– Voice4Net, a leading provider of customer interaction and voice communications solutions for businesses, announced it will participate in the Enterprise Connect conference, taking place March 17 – 20 at the Gaylord Palms Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. During the event, Voice4Net will preview its upcoming suite of WebRTC-based contact center solutions, including its WebRTC desktop client that features a customizable, widget-based interface. Rick McFarland, the company's chief executive officer, will also participate in a panel session, "Video in the Contact Center: It's So Easy…Just Do It Already," which is scheduled for Wednesday, March 19 at 4:00 p.m.

Voice4Net's solutions will be on display in the WebRTC Pavilion, an exclusive section of the Enterprise Connect exhibit hall that is dedicated to innovative solutions that leverage the WebRTC protocol. Voice4Net will present an educational session in the WebRTC Pavilion Theater, "How WebRTC Will Drive Contact Center Solutions," at 2:30 p.m. on both Tuesday and Wednesday during the show.
