Leading Provider of Customer Interaction Solutions Will Demo New Browser-Based Product Suite; CEO Rick McFarland Will Participate in Contact Center Panel Session

Dallas, TX – Voice4Net, a leading provider of customer interaction and voice communications solutions for businesses, announced it will participate in the Enterprise Connect conference, taking place March 17 – 20 at the Gaylord Palms Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.  During the event, Voice4Net will preview its upcoming suite of WebRTC-based contact center solutions, including its WebRTC desktop client that features a customizable, widget-based interface.  Rick McFarland, the company's chief executive officer, will also participate in a panel session, "Video in the Contact Center: It's So Easy…Just Do It Already," which is scheduled for Wednesday, March 19 at 4:00 p.m.

Voice4Net's solutions will be on display in the WebRTC Pavilion, an exclusive section of the Enterprise Connect exhibit hall that is dedicated to innovative solutions that leverage the WebRTC protocol.  Voice4Net will present an educational session in the WebRTC Pavilion Theater, "How WebRTC Will Drive Contact Center Solutions," at 2:30 p.m. on both Tuesday and Wednesday during the show.

"Enterprise Connect's WebRTC Pavilion is a brilliant concept, gathering some of the most progressive browser-based products that can substantially improve business communications," said McFarland.  "Our solutions will reveal how WebRTC-based technologies can increase capabilities while reducing costs and complexities associated with traditional contact center deployments.  We're excited to preview our new solutions, and demonstrate how this technology can enhance customer service through streamlined, powerful and cost-effective browser-based applications."

"Enterprise Connect is delighted that Voice4Net is once again participating in the conference," said Fred Knight, general manager of Enterprise Connect.  "There's no doubt that WebRTC is attracting a lot of well-deserved attention, and we look forward to what Voice4Net—and the other vendors in the WebRTC pavilion—will be showing and discussing."
