Tyler Technologies to Provide Appraisal Services to Lake County, Ohio

DALLAS - August 17, 2010 -- Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) has signed an agreement with Lake County, Ohio, to provide real property appraisal services for the county's 2012 general reassessment. The services, valued at approximately $1.4 million, include establishing property values for all real property and land parcels, as well as other related services.

"Tyler has a proven track record for completing reappraisals in Ohio, and we take comfort in the fact that Tyler's employees have decades of appraisal experience."
