TurboCombustor Technology, Inc. (TCT) is pleased to announce that Douglas Machine & Tool Company (DMT) has been merged into TCT effective as of August 29, 2007.

TurboCombustor Technology, Inc., with its' Corporate Headquarters in Stuart, FL, is an industry leader in the manufacturing of Complex Sheet Metal fabrications for gas turbine engines in the aerospace and industrial markets throughout the world. Its' Florida facilities cover over 130,000 square feet where it employs more than 350 skilled workers. The merger of Douglas Machine and Tool Company, Inc., into TurboCombustor Technology, Inc. will give the combined group the capability of supplying complete turbine engine modules to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) like General Electric, Rolls Royce and Pratt and Whitney.

Douglas Machine & Tool Company, Inc. is an industry leader in Electric Discharge Machining as applied to the manufacture of turbine engine components for the aviation and power generation industry. Its' main plant is located in Cincinnati, Ohio in a 100,000 square foot facility. This plant produces turbine engine hot section components and employs over 100 people. Douglas Machine & Manufacturing KFT, which will now be a wholly-owned subsidiary of TurboCombustor Technology, Inc., is located in Budapest, Hungary and supplies turbine engine components to European customers.
