TrenStar Names Edward P. Roberto as Chief Operating Officer


DENVER - November 28, 2006 - Mobile asset management specialist, TrenStar Inc., today announced the appointment of Edward P. Roberto as chief operating officer. Mr. Roberto, a seasoned executive brings more than 25 years of executive management experience to the company.

"Establishing the COO position is a necessary element of the company's vision and continued growth," said Edward Flaherty, president and CEO of TrenStar. "I am delighted that Ed Roberto has agreed to step into this role. His appointment will solidify and strengthen TrenStar's senior management team at a critical juncture in our company's aggressive growth strategy."

Mr. Roberto will be responsible for overseeing all of TrenStar's US and Asia/Pacific sales and operations, including field operations and technical services.

Prior to joining TrenStar, Mr. Roberto was the CEO and founder of Newmerix Corporation. Prior to co-founding Newmerix, Mr. Roberto was co-founder and CEO of Asia Online, Ltd., a consolidator of ISPs in Asia Pacific. He was intimately involved in the company's fundraising and IPO efforts and oversaw operations in 9 countries in Asia Pacific.

For the past 24 years, Mr. Roberto has been involved with high technology startup companies in a variety of operating and executive capacities. His core expertise is in the operational, technical and financial environments. Mr. Roberto holds an MBA from the Daniels School of Business at the University of Denver and studied Electrical and Mechanical engineering at the University of Colorado.

Mr. Roberto will be located at TrenStar's headquarters in Denver, Colorado.
