Toyota Announces Management Changes


IRVINE, Calif., May 14: Toyota Material Handling, U.S.A., Inc. (TMHU) today announced several management changes, including the appointment of Ron Roensch to vice president, legal, human resources and dealer development; Terry Rains to the position of national manager for parts, service and customer satisfaction; Troy Kaiser to the position of national manager for technical and warranty operations; and Bruce Marti, who now serves as national manager of parts, service, customer satisfaction and customer service support (CSS) operations.

Roensch, as vice president, legal, human resources and dealer development, is responsible for the overall management of all legal activities for TMHU, as well as oversight of all human resources and dealer development matters. Previously, he held the position of national manager, legal and human resources. Roensch has dedicated the majority of his professional career to product safety and liability. He received his bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and his juris doctorate from Marquette University School of Law in Milwaukee, Wis. Roensch resides in Glendora, Calif., with his wife, Allison.
Rains, as national manager for parts, service and customer satisfaction, now oversees the parts, technical, major accounts and fleet management and customer satisfaction programs. He began his career with Toyota more than 16 years ago, holding several managerial positions before being named to his current position. Rains earned his bachelor's degree in business from the University of Redlands in Calif. He resides in Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif.

Kaiser, as national technical and warranty operations manager, now manages all functions relating to product warranty and TMHU's operations. His career with Toyota spans more than 15 years. Since joining Toyota he has held positions including customer satisfaction administrator with Lexus, territory parts and service manager, distribution services manager and customer center manager. Kaiser earned a bachelor's degree in automotive technology with a concentration in heavy equipment and agriculture from Pittsburg State University in Kansas, and resides in Seymour, Ind.

Marti, as the national manager of parts, service, customer satisfaction and CSS operations, now oversees the parts operations and parts and service field operations, along with the customer satisfaction, Voice of the Customer and CSS programs. He has worked with Toyota since 1990. Marti earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin, River Falls and resides in Corona, Calif.
