Toyoda Expands Customer Support with New Aftermarket Support Manager


Arlington Heights, IL - Toyoda Machinery introduces its new Aftermarket Support Manager, Norm Pielstrom. He joined the team in January '08, bringing nearly 15 years of industry and technical experience to the position.

"Norm's expertise gives us a more advanced level of in-house, technical customer support," explains SPD National Service Manager, Pete Lechtanski. "Our goal is to deliver quick response time and minimize customer expenses associated with downtime. Having the right staff in place helps us meet those goals."

Pielstrom adds, "There are a lot of exciting challenges in my new position. Because Toyoda has such a diverse product line, the inventory facility and system is extensive. Operating at peak efficiency is critical to our organization's success."
