TNT Crane and Rigging Announces Expansion Into Rocky Mountain Region with Acquisition of RMS Crane
HOUSTON –Â TNT Crane and Rigging, Inc., one of the nation's premier lifting services providers, today announced that it has acquired Rocky Mountain Structures, Inc. and its subsidiaries ("RMS"). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
RMS, headquartered in Denver, CO, is one of the largest crane and rigging services companies in the Rocky Mountain region, serving Colorado and the surrounding states. Founded in 1977, RMS has longstanding ties to the area and a well-diversified customer base which make the business a natural strategic fit for TNT. The acquisition expands TNT's contiguous geographic coverage, end-market exposure and fleet composition with the addition of three Colorado branches and 66 cranes. RMS serves the manufacturing, industrial, cell tower, power, commercial and construction markets as well as other end markets throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. With access to TNT's significant resources and management experience, RMS will continue providing excellent service with the enhanced capability to take on new, larger and more complex projects.
