Persons Who Order Chart at TIA Global Tire Expo Booth Will Also Receive FREE 2009 Version of TIA TPMS Relearn Chart

Bowie, MD - The Tire Industry Association (TIA), one of the leading global authorities on tires, today announced that orders for the 2010 edition of the TIA TPMS Relearn Chart will be accepted for the first time at the TIA booth (#40059) at the Global Tire Expo - Powered by TIA part of the SEMA Show, which will take place November 2-5, 2010 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV. The TIA TPMS Relearn Chart has become the leading quick-reference guide for domestic and import TPMS relearn procedures, in addition to other valuable, related information. In the 2010 edition, TIA has added replacement part numbers and torque specifications for Myers Tire Supply and Orange Electronics and continues to list the part numbers for Schrader, Dill and NAPA.

TIA will also be giving away FREE 2009 versions of the TIA TPMS Relearn Chart on the spot for every 2010 Chart order placed during the Expo. Attendees of TIA's "TPMS at 10" seminars (which are also taking place at the Expo), as well as persons who sign up for TIA membership or meet another qualifying action to enter TIA's "Money Machine" in TIA's Expo booth will also have the chance of winning a 2009 Chart.

"We know that once we get a TIA TPMS Relearn Chart into the hands of a tire dealer, they will want one for every location," remarked Wayne Croswell, TIA president. "Since there are still a few 2009 Charts left from last year, we decided to give them away in Las Vegas during the Global Tire Expo."

The TIA TPMS Relearn Chart includes all of the necessary relearn procedures, part numbers and torque specifications for the most popular domestic and import vehicles. All of the TPMS information that a technician needs is in one easy-to-use, laminated chart that can hang on a hook in the shop and last for years.

For those unable to attend the Expo, ordering for the 2010 edition of the TIA TPMS Relearn Chart will commence the week of November 8. To order, visit the "Training" section of www.tireindustry.org, or call 800.876.8372, extensions 107 or 106.

About TIA:

TIA is an international association representing all segments of the tire industry, including those that manufacture, repair, recycle, sell, service or use new or retreaded tires, and also those suppliers or individuals who furnish equipment, material or services to the industry. The Tire Industry Association (TIA) has a history that spans more than 80 years and includes several name changes. Originally known as the National Tire Dealers & Retreaders Association (NTDRA), the organization gave birth over the years to the American Retreaders Association (ARA) and the Tire Association of North America (TANA). ARA changed its name to the International Tire & Rubber Association (ITRA) and merged with TANA in 2002 to form the current Tire Industry Association (TIA), which now represents every interest in the tire industry.
