Nautilus LIMS contains plate handling functionality out of the box while remaining flexible in how it can be configured and extended to meet custom needs for easy modeling and integration of data originating from automated processes. The new technical presentation discusses the specific challenges that a LIMS solution is required to address when employed in high throughput environments. oPooling - used to pool the contents of source plates into a new or an existing plate.
oCherry-Picking - Selecting "hits" to be moved from source plates to new destination plates.
