The Hi-Tech-Group Announces Organizational Appointments

(Anaheim, California)...The Hi-Tech-Group Board of Directors announced organizational appointments during their June 2006 Board meeting. Bill Sherman, President of the Hi-Tech Rubber Group was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Hi-Tech Group. Mr. Sherman will be responsible for all rubber and plastics operations at all Hi-Tech-Group locations.
Anthony Gangitano joins the Hi-Tech-Group as Vice President and General Manager of the Fontana plastics operations of Inland Technologies reporting to Sherman.
As of May 1, 2006, Tom Diaz was appointed Director of Operations of Inland Technologies and will report to Anthony Gangitano.
Vic Wisser, Senior Director Operations of the Creedmoor facility of Inland Technologies will also report to Mr. Sherman.
Trey Atkins has been promoted to Vice President of Sales for HTG and will head the sales effort for all Hi-Tech Group divisions.
This management structure change completes the merger of Inland Technologies, A.C. Hoffman Engineering and Hi-Tech Rubber into one, single operational unit dedicated to serving customer needs for precision molded components within the medical device, high technology and related fields.
