MONTREAL, June 5, 2007 - TECSYS Inc. (TSX: TCS), an industry-leading supply chain management software company announced today that telent plc (LSE: TLNT), a leading provider of technology services in the UK, has signed a five-year agreement with TECSYS, the initial value of which is 458,000 British Pounds (over one million Canadian Dollars). telent selected TECSYS' EliteSeries distribution and warehouse management software (WMS) and services to drive new process improvements in the company's commitments to its clients and achieve improved lead times in a highly sensitive contractual environment.

telent employs some 2,000 people, 1,500 of whom are field staff. The EliteSeries WMS (Warehouse Management System) application will be hosted by TECSYS in Montreal, Canada, and will initially be deployed in an 81,000 square foot Contract Marshalling Centre at Chase Point Coventry, UK, which is managed by telent. It will be used to control the receipt, storage, pick pack and shipment of both telent and customer-owned inventory for deployment on customer premises by telent's installation and commissioning teams. The deployment of TECSYS EliteSeries will provide telent with the ability to:
Improve inventory accuracy
Maximise warehouse space utilisation
Drive new process improvement initiatives in the warehouse and distribution activities
Enable the warehouse to offer transactional billing to customers
Offer new and existing customers improved lead times
Enhance telent third party logistics service offering
