Rochester, NY - Tel-Tru Manufacturing Company is pleased to announce exceptional customer reviews from the 2012 Customer Satisfaction Survey conducted recently through the Measurement, Control and Automation Association (MCAA). These results reflect the diligent efforts the company has made to provide top-quality products, leading technology, and responsive service.
Tel-Tru rated the highest of all participating companies against the industry benchmark. The company received numerous, positive comments pertaining to product quality and service, including those applauding Tel-Tru's "perfect" order-related paperwork and procedures and "professional, friendly, and helpful" sales staff.
While Tel-Tru also had a very high standing in 2010 when customers were surveyed last, the 2012 satisfaction rating has gone up, in part as a result of various process enhancements that Tel-Tru has initiated in response to that survey. As always Tel-Tru plans to continue doing everything possible to make the purchasing experience the best that it can be.
