TEAM Industries and Venom Product Agree on Acquisition of TEAM Aftermarket Division
BAGLEY, Minn. –Â TEAM Industries announced today the acquisition of the TEAM Aftermarket division by Venom Products LLC effective August 1(st), 2015. Venom Products will supply all products currently offered by TEAM Aftermarket and has exclusive rights to all TEAM Aftermarket products going forward. TEAM Industries will continue to manufacture their patented clutches offered through Venom Products.
Current distributors and dealers of TEAM Aftermarket will maintain their respective status with Venom Products.
