Andy Herell Named Global Sales Manager
Houston, Texas - (February 15, 2012) - Syrgis® Performance Chemicals (PChem) today announced that Andy Herell has rejoined the organization and will assume the role of Global Sales Manager.
"Andy is an experienced professional who combines a strong chemical background and an understanding of the global oilfield industry with an exemplary team-based approach," said Ted Schlosser, president of Syrgis PChem. "I expect him to make a major impact immediately."
Herell has 25 years of experience in the chemical industry, across a broad range of sales, technical and application issues. He has previously worked for Reef Services as Vice President of Operations, P Chem Corp., and Champion Technologies. Herell has a degree in medical technology.
Syrgis PChem has been working to enhance its capabilities in support of aggressive growth plans. During the past two years, PChem has expanded its sales and technical teams, doubled its laboratory facility, and enhanced its manufacturing capabilities. The addition of Herell is another step toward achieving the company's growth target.
