STMicroelectronics Announces Timing for 3rd Quarter 2005 Earnings Release and Conference Call
Geneva - October 12, 2005 - STMicroelectronics (NYSE: STM) announced that it will release earnings after 5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time / 11:00 p.m. Central European Time (CET), on Tuesday, October 25, 2005.
The management of STMicroelectronics will conduct a conference call on Wednesday, October 26, 2005 at 9:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time / 3:00 p.m. CET, to discuss performance for the third quarter of 2005.
The conference call will be available via the Internet by accessing the following Web address: www.vcall.com. Those viewing the webcast should go to the Web site at least 15 minutes prior to the call, in order to register, download, and install any necessary audio software.
