Shuba Appointed President, CHEP USA


Twenty-year logistics industry veteran promoted

ORLANDO, FLORIDA - December 4, 2006 - CHEP today announced the promotion of Kevin J. Shuba to the position of President, CHEP USA, effective immediately. Shuba, who continues to report to Dave Mezzanotte, Chief Operating Officer of CHEP, is responsible for all business development, operations and support activities in the United States market. He was most recently Senior Vice President, New Business Development, overseeing growth, customer development and the Total Pallet Management (TPM) program.

With 10 years under his belt at CHEP, Kevin has the experience, knowledge and understanding to drive the USA business to greater sales while providing our customers with the pooling solutions they need to improve their supply chain efficiencies," said Mezzanotte.

Prior to joining CHEP, Shuba was employed by Baxter Healthcare as General Manager, Mideast Region, Hospital Supply Division; and Director, Corporate Sales & Marketing. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and served in the U.S. Army for six years before moving to the private sector.
