Shat-R-Shield® Expands Sales Force
Salisbury NC –Â Shat-R-Shield Inc. has announced the expansion of the company’s sales force and has hired Scott Rindler as Central Regional Manager. Jim Radi has been appointed as Director of National Accounts and Specification Sales.
Rindler’s background in lighting, distribution and entrepreneurship provides a solid foundation to ensure his success at Shat-R-Shield. His prior position as LED Lighting Specialist at Dickman Supply in Ohio gave him the opportunity to work in project management and specification sales, prepare photometric layouts and energy efficiency lighting audits. His territory at Shat-R-Shield will cover a large portion of the Midwest, including Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota and North Dakota.
Jim Radi, prior Central Regional Manager, was promoted to a newly created position of Director of National Accounts and Specification Sales in order to provide hands-on support to key customers. His services will include writing specifications designated to each customer’s need for Shat-R-Shield products, creating lighting layouts, and coordinating regional activities for national accounts from a corporate level.
