Sequel Holdings Acquires Lakeview Farms

DALLAS –Â Sequel Holdings and its investor group have recently acquired Lakeview Farms based in Delphos, OH. Lakeview Farms manufactures and sells refrigerated desserts, dips and sour cream. Sequel previously held an ownership interest in Lakeview Farms from 2004 to 2011.

Lakeview Farms' products are sold nationally to many large national and regional food retailers under the brand names Lakeview Farms®, Luisa's®, Senor Rico® and Winky®, as well as several private label store brands. Recently, Lakeview has strategically focused on the growing Hispanic market, introducing authentic products and brands in both the dessert and dip categories.
