Selecting the Right Safety Management Metrics Series (9) Quality Satisfaction Indexes


Three Sixty Safety seeks to improve the quality of process outputs by identifying and removing the causes of defects (errors) and minimizing variability in the safety system process.  We use a set of quality feedback surveys, including statistical methods to create a highly functioning infrastructure of people within the organization. Each feedback survey carried out within an organization verifies that the defined sequence of safety system steps is being properly executed. 



The scores that are achieved in our survey are used to create a quality satisfaction index.  The average or mean score given to each survey provides a benchmark for process validation.
